Workshop Registration

A workshop by Dr. Ruby K. Payne on "A Framework for Understanding Poverty" A Cognitive Approach - This workshop will help educators to be engaged in supporting children and adults in building resource, patterns of learning, and behaviors that will help them exit poverty.  This will include best practices teachers can use immediately to imporve outcomes, deep dives into the mindset of generational poverty, middle class, and wealth, and looks a new cases, an evolving understanding of poverty's intersections with race, healt, immigration and more.  This is from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
